I am so honored and excited to have won as Finalist today in the International Excellence Body, Mind and Spirit Book Awards (Shamanism Category) with my latest book "The Cosmic Template; A Shamanic Month Minder for the Evolving Soul".

From their website: Beverly Hills, Ca. –
"The inaugural International Excellence Body,Mind, Spirit Book Awards has joined the highly respected National Indie Excellence Awards and Beverly Hills Book Awards to shine the spotlight on Excellence in Books on Body, Mind & Spirit. With categories covering everything from acupuncture to the zodiac, including fields like Chiropractic, holistic and alternative medicine, the award recognizes excellence in design, overall professionalism of presentation and promotional text in addition to writing".
Says contest founder, Ellen Reid, "With all the craziness going on in the world today, I think books on these topics are more important than ever. If I can lend the prestige of my contests to books in this field that are truly excellent, I want to do that. There are no hard and fast rules about how a contest is to designate its winners. Different contests have different designations. We have structured our contest so that only one book per category may be designated “Winner.” However, often there is more than one book in a category that truly stands out, and we believe these deserve recognition also. While it makes the job of our judges harder in some ways, we are dedicated to celebrating excellence in all published books. So we created the category of “Finalist.”
Books that are recognized as Finalists are in every way outstanding. The difference between the Winner and Finalist books are often so minute that the call might have gone either way. The bottom line is that being recognized as a Finalist is a high honor and something about which any author can and should be justifiably proud. Winners and finalists receive national media and industry exposure".
