** Adjusted Offerings ** 

During these challenging times, we may all benefit by finding new ways to tap into spiritual support or what I like to call "Spirit Food" - be it meditation, yoga, tai chi, reiki or simply walking in nature, connecting on a deeper level to SPIRIT helps keeps us all on track. Encouraging others to stay positive renews our harmony with all life around us and helps keep us grounded.   

Since in person sessions, classes and drum circles are all put on hold for the foreseeable future, I wanted to open up a new venue of offerings and healing energies that I may assist with those in need of spiritual support. This will be an ongoing shifting presentation as I find myself alongside others, adapting to this new way of life.

Long distance shamanic healing sessions are always available by request. The energy exchange for this offering is now by donation of however much works for you, via paypal.  These sessions are 1 hour long, done long distance at a mutually agreed time. I will follow up with a write up of impressions received during the session which will be emailed to you. 

Spiritual mentoring/consult sessions are also available by request and donation.  These too are up to 1 hour sessions, done via Face Time or Skype.

Once I receive the notification, I will contact you to set the time. If paypal does not work for you, contact me for alternatives.

This too shall pass and we will all get through this together. Stay strong, be well and dig deep into your spiritual practices right now. We are all getting a Reset and what we plant in our thoughts at this moment in time is what will grow exponentially this summer.
