Drum Circles
Considered by many to be the heartbeat of Mother Earth, the pulsing rhythm of the drum at its simplest form is a natural stress reliever.
When we open up to these vibrational sounds, we also open the door for healing, insight and deep relaxation to occur.

A Drum Circle is an opportunity to gather with like-minded folks who come together in a safe, nurturing environment to relax and/or journey for insight and healing. As we drum and rattle together, we begin to shake off the energetic 'stuff' that we've somehow picked up in the course of our daily life. It doesn't take long before we sigh a collective exhalation and begin to notice the amazing change in our energy field. As we blend our unique rhythms into one healing circle, we let go even more, tapping into intentions and sharing our collective voice as we surrender into the healing rhythms of the drum.
