Earthen Spirit

This Chakra Energy Healing session employs foot massage, reiki, color visualization, healing crystal stones, Tibetan bells, chimes and tones, tuning forks and aromatherapy fragrance of essential oils.

It is perhaps unlike any other foot massage you may have experienced combining several modalities of energy healing.

The client is fully clothed as they lay comfortably on the massage table, taking off only socks and shoes. We begin the session by setting an intention as I wrap warm cloths around your feet followed by a gentle massage with coconut oil.

The session progresses with a specific sequence of massaging the chakra points on the feet and toes, intermittently offering a guided color therapy visual and placement of crystals along the chakras of the body. Accompanied by the relaxing sounds of Tibetan bells, bowls and chimes and tuning forks, the client is led into a deep state of relaxation which naturally opens the doors to transformation and healing via the harmonious sound vibrations. Essential oils associated with each chakra are introduced throughout the session as aromatherapy only.

The session ends with a gentle reiki massage on both feet and ankles followed by a few minutes of restful contemplation for the client to integrate any healing messages that may have come to mind from this sacred place of meditation. If desired, a refreshing peppermint oil can be used for the closing sequence.
