A Reiki Sound Healing is a unique, one hour energy healing session that combines the healing art form known as Reiki with the powerful healing vibrations of the shamanic drum and gong.
Stress is one of the major culprits that affect our health and well- being today. On a very basic level, a reiki session is likened to an energetic "tune-up". Likewise, the beat of the drum not only quiets the mind but works to help release any tensions as the vibrations break up any stagnant energies in your aura. The gong assists in the powerful vibrational session and works to bring your mind/body/spirit back into harmony while supporting your body's own natural healing abilities. The result is a complete feeling of relaxation and well-being.
We begin with you lying fully clothed on the massage table while your mind/body/spirit relaxes and opens the way for healing/clearing vibrations to occur. I will drum for 15 minutes over, around and beneath you. By then, you should be fully relaxed, and a 30 minute reiki session follows. Gentle gonging at the end completes the session by resounding even deeper into your energy field and clearing away all that does not serve your highest good.
Based on my impressions, I will draw from many of my teachings to bring about an individualized interpretation of the healing session that has created itself just for you and trust what is calling in the moment to complete your session.
