We live in challenging times, and the end of life experience can be challenging at best. My shamanic approach views this time of transition as an opportunity to not just witness our loved one crossing over, but to participate in a more positive, participating way.
I consider myself a natural psychopomp (one who helps cross over souls) as I just know these things - likewise, as a former hospice volunteer I've experienced many varied life end situations and have noticed a need going unfulfilled.
Having witnessed and participated several of my own family members transition, I decided it was time to share these gifts with those families who may be looking for some spiritual assistance of this nature.
