Do you have a special affinity toward a certain animal? Perhaps it is because they are part of your own unique guidance system!
For example, I know of women who wear leopard printed clothes all year round in various shades and forms. Could this mean the leopard is one of their power animals? A power animal is one who's unique wisdom is bestowed upon us at various times in our lives. They come freely to assist and oftentimes, go unrecognized. Yet we all have them, some stay with us a short while, some stay longer- a lifetime perhaps.
I have a relative who's home is full of owls...not the real, physical owl, but pictures, figurines, replicas of all kinds of owls. The image that immediately comes to mind is easy - wise old owls! Perhaps she was drawn to fill her apartment space with the wisdom of these wonderful winged creatures.
As a child, I had a certain teddy bear that meant the world to me. Over the years, I have collected many many more, never realizing until my shamanic studies that the bear held great significance for me.
We all have power animals unique unto ourselves and can benefit greatly by consciously invoking and incorporating their wisdom into our daily lives. Power animals are like stray cats, if we feed they will keep coming back!
A Power Animal Retreival is a session spent together doing just that - retrieving your power animal. Learning to recognize and work with your spiritual helpers can be a tremendous benefit to you and those around you. The session itself is pretty much the same process as the Soul Retrieval session.
It is a great time of change here on Planet Earth as many spirit minded folks around the world are working towards global peace and earth healing. By tapping into our spiritual guidance system, we too offer the best expression of ourselves, for it all begins at home.
